  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, systems, or records.
  • Interfere with website security, availability, or functionality.

4. Seminars, Workshops, and Educational Programmes

We may organize or publicize seminars, workshops, mentorship groups, awareness programmes, and training activities, including SKOPOS, Conscientia, Stations of Generosity, Prenuptial Preparation Seminar, Life Skills Seminar, and Stewards Leadership Seminar.

Participation may be subject to registration, eligibility criteria, fees, available places, programme guidelines, and confirmation by the organization.

Registration or submission of an enquiry does not automatically guarantee admission or participation.

We may revise programme schedules, venues, speakers, fees, content, or other arrangements where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we will communicate material changes to registered participants.

Participants are expected to follow applicable event guidelines and treat other participants, facilitators, staff, and volunteers respectfully.

5. Mentorship and Follow-up Groups

Our mentorship activities are intended to support personal growth, accountability, leadership, life skills, and the exchange of knowledge and experiences.

Follow-up Mentorship Groups may provide continued guidance to individuals who have completed our prenuptial preparation programme.

Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed as part of a specific programme. Participants are expected to respect confidentiality, personal boundaries, and the privacy of others.

Information shared within a group should not be disclosed outside the group without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

Our mentorship programmes provide educational and personal-development support. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialist services.

6. Educational Sponsorship Programme

Stewards of Nations may provide financial assistance to students from economically weaker sections to support education, including school or college fees, educational materials, and other academic necessities.

6.1 Eligibility and Selection

Applicants may be assessed according to programme criteria, including:

  • Financial need and family circumstances.
  • Educational commitment and academic information.
  • Eligibility requirements established for the relevant programme.
  • Availability of funds and resources.

6.2 Application and Verification

Applicants, or their parents or lawful guardians where applicable, must provide accurate information and supporting documents reasonably required for assessment.

We may request clarification or verify information where reasonably necessary and lawful. False, incomplete, or misleading information may affect eligibility or continued participation.

6.3 No Guarantee of Assistance

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, sponsorship, a particular amount of assistance, or continued financial support.

Assistance depends on the applicable programme criteria, available resources, and the organization’s assessment process. The scope, amount, duration, renewal, and conditions of any approved assistance may be communicated separately.

6.4 Use and Administration of Assistance

Approved assistance may be used for educational fees, materials, and other academic necessities, in accordance with the applicable programme arrangements.

Recipients may be asked to provide appropriate records or updates concerning the use of assistance and educational progress.

Student records and supporting documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Donations and Contributions

Individuals may support our mission through lawful donations or contributions where such facilities are available.

Donors should verify the recipient, amount, and transaction details before completing a payment.

Donation acknowledgements, receipts, and tax-related documents will be issued where applicable and in accordance with the organization’s actual registrations, approvals, procedures, and applicable law.

No tax deduction or exemption is guaranteed. Eligibility for any tax benefit depends on the relevant law, the organization’s status and approvals, and the donor’s circumstances.

Refunds, cancellations, failed transactions, and payment disputes will be handled according to the terms communicated at the time of the transaction, applicable payment-provider policies, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms creates an entitlement to a refund or tax benefit where none is legally available, or removes a right that the law provides.

8. Educational Content and Digital Publications

We may publish educational materials, videos, webinars, informational posts, awareness campaigns, and other content relating to life skills, personal development, leadership, education, career guidance, financial literacy, communication, social responsibility, and related topics.

This content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Although we aim to provide useful and responsible information, we do not guarantee that every resource is complete, current, or suitable for every individual’s circumstances.
