February Report – 2025

Are You Building God’s House?

Haggai 1:3-4 – “Then the word of the Lord came by the hand of Haggai the prophet: ‘Is it a time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, while this house lies in ruins?’”

When the Israelites returned from exile, they focused on rebuilding their homes but neglected God’s temple. Through Haggai, God challenged them to realign their priorities and take action. They obeyed, and the temple was rebuilt.

Today, many invest in careers, comfort, and personal success while God’s work remains unfinished. Ministries lack workers, churches struggle, and the next generation is in need of guidance. God is calling us to build His Kingdom—will we respond?

At Stewards of Nations, we are committed to discipling and equipping young people. If God is stirring your heart, we invite you to join us. Invest your time, talent, and treasure where it truly matters. Obedience is success in God’s sight!

Prayer: Lord, align our hearts with Your priorities. Help us build what matters for eternity. Amen

SPONSORSHIP - Empowering children through education

We are happy for your support as it enabled us to help students to move a step ahead in their education, and achieve what they were not able to with our support.

  • Muskan: Muskan has scored 99% in Formative Assessment-3 and is actively preparing for Formative Assessment-4, which is scheduled on March 10, 2025. She continues to be focused on her studies, putting in dedicated effort to achieve an improved performance in the upcoming assessment. Her determination and hard work highlight her commitment to academic success.
  • Naga Prabha:  Naga prabha has successfully completed her practical exams and is now focused on preparing for her final exams, which are scheduled to begin on March 6, 2025. She has been studying diligently to ensure she is well-prepared for the upcoming tests. Earlier this month, we made a payment of ₹5,000 before her practical exams. However, an additional ₹5,000 remains to be paid before the final exams commence. The college management has sent a reminder emphasizing the importance of clearing the pending fees before the exams begin. Ensuring timely payment will enable her to take the exams without any issues and continue her academic journey smoothly.
  • Ashok:  Ashok is diligently preparing for the ECET, staying focused on his academic and career aspirations. His hard work and determination reflect his commitment to building a bright future. However, he still has an unpaid fee balance of ₹10,000 from his total fees of ₹24,230. Clearing this amount is essential for him to continue his studies without any disruptions.

We truly appreciate your support, which has played a vital role in our scholarship students’ achievements. If you’d like updates or have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’d love to stay connected!

ADMINISTRATION

WISPAD

Attending the Nonprofit Project Management Training conducted by WISPAD on February 10, 11, 13, and 14, 2025, in Mercure Hotel, Hyderabad, was a transformative experience for the administrative staff, as it equipped them with essential skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s projects. The training provided a structured approach to project management, enabling us to strategically plan, execute, and monitor initiatives and thereby maximizing the impact.

One of the key benefits was gaining a deeper understanding of the Triple Constraint Model (Scope, Time, and Cost), which has helped us balance project quality, allocate resources wisely, and set realistic timelines. The sessions on stakeholder engagement and communication reinforced the importance of transparency and collaboration, ensuring stronger partnerships and community involvement. Additionally, risk management, resource optimization, and integration strategies have given us the tools to streamline operations and improve sustainability.

By applying these insights, we expect to enhance the structure and impact of Stewards of Nations’ initiatives. Improved resource utilization, better financial planning, and efficient project execution will enable us to reach more beneficiaries, strengthen project sustainability, and drive meaningful changes. This training has not only deepened our knowledge but has also provided us with practical strategies that will shape the way we manage and grow the initiatives for our non-profit organization.

Life Skills & Soft Skills Workshop Initiative

Many young people, especially students and job seekers, face challenges in building successful careers despite their hard work. Some of the main reasons include gaps in education, lack of career guidance, poor communication skills, and difficulty in managing stress and emotions.

To help overcome these challenges, Stewards of Nations is launching workshops to teach important life and soft skills. These skills will help young people improve their chances of finding good jobs and growing in their personal and professional lives. The workshops will focus on career preparation, leadership, confidence building, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and managing money wisely. This initiative supports the vision of Stewards of Nations by providing mentorship, closing the gap between education and real-world experience, and helping individuals become responsible and goal-oriented.

The workshops will be designed for high school and college students, as well as young professionals. They will be interactive and engaging, with partnerships from schools, colleges, and other organizations. The goal is to boost confidence, prepare participants for the job market, improve decision-making skills, and create a lasting positive impact on communities. The next steps include developing a detailed curriculum for these workshops. Through this initiative, we aim to empower young people with the tools they need to succeed in their careers and make a positive difference in society.

PRAYER NEEDS and THANKSGIVING

Prayer Needs

Please uphold our sponsored students in your prayers as they prepare for their exams. Nagaprabha is set to appear for her final exams, Muskaan is preparing for her final Formative Assessment, and Ashok is gearing up for his internal exams as well as his entrance to engineering. Pray for their health, that they may focus, and that their confidence be boosted. Pray also for financial provision to their families to support their education, so that they may excel without any hindrance, in their exams and have a bright future ahead.

  • Pray for the spiritual growth of each small group, that they may deepen their faith, strengthen their relationship with God, and live out His teachings in their daily lives. May they encourage and uplift one another, growing in wisdom, love, and commitment to their spiritual journey.
  • Pray that everyone in the PBYP group gains deeper insights and wisdom through their learning journey. May they grow spiritually, remain committed, and successfully complete the PBYP workbook, thereby equipping themselves to live faithfully and purposefully in all aspects of life.
  • Pray for wisdom and direction for our leaders as they guide the organization. May strong partnerships flourish, and may everyone involved be protected and strengthened. Lift up our volunteers, that they remain dedicated and encouraged in their service. Pray for sustainable resources and generous blessings upon our donors. We seek the necessary funding to support and expand our mission, ensuring a lasting and meaningful impact on those we serve.
  • Pray for the successful application and approval of the Registrar of Societies (ROS) certificate and that the process be smooth, free of any complications, and completed without delays, subsequently allowing us to move forward in our mission effectively
