Ministry Report

Greetings Everyone,

Today we reflect on trusting God in every step of our journey.

Life can often feel uncertain, and there are moments when we do not know what lies ahead. Our own understanding can fall short, but God calls us to trust Him completely by submitting our plans, fears, and hopes into His hands. When we place our trust in Him, He guides our steps, opens the right doors, and brings clarity even in times of confusion.

Trusting God brings peace and direction, even in uncertain situations. As we continue in our work and personal lives, may we bring every decision to Him in prayer and trust Him to lead us on the right path. When we trust Him fully, we can move forward with confidence, knowing that He is already ahead of us, making the way clear.

SPONSORSHIP

We thank God for His continued provision and your generous support towards our scholarship students.

This month, the students are focused on their academic commitments. Houriya is currently appearing for her board exams, while Muskan, Rishika, Bhuneshwar, and Mokshitha are also preparing for their final exams. They have successfully passed their FA4 exams with good percentages. We are grateful to share their results: Muskan scored 94.5%, Rishika scored 90%, Bhuneshwar scored 82%, and Mokshitha scored 82%.

We continue to stay connected with the students, encouraging them in their studies and supporting them during this important time.

Fee Status

With grateful hearts, we share that 75% of the fees have been paid. As the students stand at this important stage of their journey, we look forward in faith to raising the remaining ₹11,760 (25%) and helping them complete their studies without worry. We humbly request your prayers for God’s provision to meet this need.

We request your prayers for all the students, especially Houriya, that God grants them wisdom, good health, and success in their exams.

SEMINAR

Conscientia

This month, a seminar on “Time Management” was conducted to help participants plan their daily activities and use their time effectively. Led by Ms. Aafia Tamkent, Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s Degree and PG College, the session introduced practical tools such as the Pomodoro Technique, Eisenhower Matrix, SMART Method, POSEC Method, 1-3-5 Method, and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

Participants reflected on their routines, adopted disciplined habits, and engaged in an interactive Q&A to clarify real-life applications. Inspired by Annie Dillard’s quote, How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives,” they gained awareness of intentional living.

A total of 28 participants attended. Overall, the seminar was insightful and practical, equipping participants with skills to improve productivity, reduce stress, and manage time effectively in daily life.

Mentoring Groups

Small Groups

Our Small Group Ministry continued to focus on spiritual growth, accountability, and character development. While two groups (Chosen Ones and Truth Seekers) were unable to meet regularly due to academic exams, work responsibilities, and family commitments, the members remain committed to resuming consistent gatherings in the coming month.

Three groups continued actively. Kadosh Sarang met twice online for devotions and biblical discussions, reflecting on how small daily choices create lasting spiritual impact. Living Epistles met three times, beginning each session with prayer and personal sharing, and introduced study accountability updates to strengthen consistency. Their study on The Gospel-Centered Life emphasized that gospel brings daily transformation, and not just salvation. The Paul–Timothy group completed a study on the seven attributes of God, deepening their understanding of His character and its application in daily life.

Despite scheduling challenges, meaningful character growth is evident. Members are developing spiritual maturity, discipline, and intentional decision-making. Relationships are being strengthened while Biblical understanding is deepeed.

We are grateful for your continued prayers and partnership, which enable us to nurture these small groups and potential communities which thereby invest in a lasting spiritual impact.

PBYP Groups

During this period, the PBYP Men’s and Women’s groups met regularly to grow in biblical understanding, character development, and healthy relationships. The sessions focused on topics such as communication, roles and responsibilities in marriage, and conflict resolution, which helped participants apply Biblical principles to their daily lives.

Participants have learnt the importance of servant leadership, mutual respect, and Christ-like love within relationships. Practical discussions on listening, expressing appreciation, and handling conflicts encouraged members to communicate with patience and understanding.

Overall, the gatherings are strengthening spiritual maturity, relational wisdom, and personal character among participants, and therefore are equipping them to build healthier families and relationships.

This month, we have learnt about the 7 Cs of Communication — Clear, Concise, Concrete, Correct, Coherent, Complete, and Courteous. I understood that the way I communicate shows respect and helps build healthy relationships. I also learnt to choose my words carefully, speak the truth in love, and avoid hurtful language. I even realized the importance of maintaining eye contact and listening carefully. I now understand that communication is not just about speaking, but truly understanding the other person.

SoG Group

We thank God for the beginning of the Discovering Generosity Small Group, formed after the Stations of Generosity Workshop. This new group has begun a series of Bible studies, focused on understanding biblical generosity and growing in Christ-centered stewardship.

During this month, the group met thrice online. Through these sessions, participants explored important themes such as “God Owns It All,” “God Gave First His Son,” and “Giving Flows from Our Love for God.” The discussions helped members understand that everything ultimately belongs to God and that He is the first and greatest Giver. Members reflected on how God’s generosity towards us calls for a response in gratitude, love, and faithful stewardship.

Participants actively engaged in sharing insights from the Stations of Generosity Workshop, asking questions, and reflecting on how these truths apply to their daily lives. These conversations helped deepen their understanding of God’s heart for generosity and encouraged them to respond to His grace by offering their lives and resources back to Him.

Overall, the group is showing promising participation and evident growth in their understanding of generosity as a response to God’s love. We request your continued prayers for the members as they continue this journey and grow deeper in the knowledge of Christ and in living generous lives.

Trainings

Stewards of Nations is preparing to host the Stewards Leadership Summit 2k26, a three-day residential leadership training designed to equip emerging Christian leaders with biblical foundations, servant leadership values, and practical ministry skills. The summit will bring together 20–30 carefully selected leaders from our small groups and ministry networks across India.

Through teaching sessions, devotions, mentoring discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will be trained in key areas such as biblical stewardship, servant leadership, discipleship, accountability, and integrating faith with work. The goal is to strengthen leaders who can guide others with integrity and humility.

Following the summit, participants will be encouraged to initiate or strengthen small groups and mentor emerging leaders within their communities. This initiative is an important step toward multiplying Christ-centered leadership and developing sustainable spiritual growth and community transformation. We request your prayers and partnership as we prepare for this impactful program.
