September Report – 2025

A Cheerful Heart

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”—  2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV)

A cheerful heart gives not out of duty, but out of love. God doesn’t want us to give because we feel forced, but because our delight is in sharing. True joy comes when we give freelywhether it’s our time, treasure, talent, help, or encouragement. The Widow’s Offering (Mark 12:41–44) shows this beautifully: Jesus observed people giving at the temple. Many rich people gave large amounts, but a poor widow put in only two small coins. Yet Jesus said she had given more than all the others, because she had given all she had, showing her trust in God and her cheerful heart. Even small acts can brighten someone’s day and reflect God’s love. A cheerful heart blesses others and fills us with joy. Today, look for one way to give with joy—share your time, a smile, or encouragement with someone who needs it.

Prayer

Lord, give me a cheerful heart that gives freely and joyfully. Help me see opportunities to bless others and reflect Your love in all I do. Amen.

Ministry

SPONSORSHIP

We thank God and all our supporters for their continued generosity in helping students. We received 7 students application forms. One of these is from Muskaan, whom we have supported previously, and we will continue to sponsor her for the academic year 2025–2026.

Out of the new applications, 5 students have been approved for sponsorship, ensuring their school and college fees will be covered. The students are: I Bhuneshwar(Class 1), I Mokshitha (Class 4), M Rishika (Class 7), Houriya Begum (Class 10), and Sadrak (Degree).

Additionally, in June, we were able to provide emergency financial support for one student, Sama Aparna, to pay her fees and appear for her semester exams. We are happy to share that she passed with first-class marks.

We praise God for these opportunities to support education and thank all our sponsors for making this possible.

Conscientia

On 27th September 2025, we held the 7th Conscientia online seminar of this year on the topic Relationship Boundaries. The session was led by Mr. M. Achuth Babu, a Tech Cybersecurity Analyst at UBS. He spoke about what boundaries are, why they are important, the different types (Physical, Emotional, Material, and Time-based), and gave practical tips on how to maintain them. The 19 participants learned how to know their own boundaries, respect others, and use healthy strategies in relationships. The session also had a Q&A and received positive feedback, with participants saying it helped them understand boundaries better and see the difference between walls and boundaries.

SMALL GROUPS

General Groups

In the month of September, the group, Chosen Ones, conducted a seminar called 'Relationship Boundaries'. Led by Mr. M Achuth Babu, the session experienced 19 participants and created an awareness among them with regards to maintaining boundaries in a relationship. Unfortunately, due to their personal and professional responsibilities, the group was unable to conduct any other activities of their fellowship. Please pray that they would be able to gather in fellowship again.

Chosen Ones

This month, the group reflected on “Run to Him” (Romans 6:10–11). They have learned the importance of living in unbroken fellowship with God and not dwelling on past sins. Key points discussed were: Focus on God, not on problems. Admit mistakes, seek forgiveness, and move on. God desires ongoing fellowship, even in weakness. Run to Him, not away from Him. Live as dead to sin and alive in Christ. The discussion encouraged everyone to deepen their relationship with God and rely on His grace daily.

Truth Seeker

This month, the small group strengthened its unity through regular calls, offering encouragement and support. One member successfully completed their exams, marking a key achievement, while others are navigating professional and personal challenges. Despite these hurdles, the group remains committed to supporting one another and growing together, demonstrating resilience, care, and shared learning.

PBYP Small Groups
PBYP Orientation

The PBYP (Prepare Before You Promise) small group officially began with its Orientation, opening with prayer. Participants introduced themselves and shared their expectations, while facilitators outlined their roles and the journey ahead. The program will include weekly one-hour online sessions covering 13 PBYP workbook lessons over a span of 4–5 months, supplemented by two in-person gatherings.

The purpose of the small group was emphasized: preparing young adults for marriage through self-discovery, understanding God’s design for relationships, and developing practical life skills. Participants were encouraged to actively engage in the discussions, complete workbook diligently, even the sections in advance, and contribute meaningfully.  Groups were then formed: a men’s group with 6 members led by Mr. Premdas, and a women’s group with 9 members led by Dr. Hepsibah.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks and closing prayer, leaving members encouraged and excited for the journey ahead.
