April 2026
Ministry Report

Greetings Everyone,

Today we reflect on trusting God in every step of our journey.

Life can often feel uncertain, and there are moments when we do not know what lies ahead. Our own understanding can fall short, but God calls us to trust Him completely by submitting our plans, fears, and hopes into His hands. When we place our trust in Him, He guides our steps, opens the right doors, and brings clarity even in times of confusion.

Trusting God brings peace and direction, even in uncertain situations. As we continue in our work and personal lives, may we bring every decision to Him in prayer and trust Him to lead us on the right path. When we trust Him fully, we can move forward with confidence, knowing that He is already ahead of us, making the way clear.

SPONSORSHIP

We thank God for His continued provision and your generous support towards our scholarship students.

This month, the students are focused on their academic commitments. Houriya is currently appearing for her board exams, while Muskan, Rishika, Bhuneshwar, and Mokshitha are also preparing for their final exams. They have successfully passed their FA4 exams with good percentages. We are grateful to share their results: Muskan scored 94.5%, Rishika scored 90%, Bhuneshwar scored 82%, and Mokshitha scored 82%.

We continue to stay connected with the students, encouraging them in their studies and supporting them during this important time.

Fee Status

With grateful hearts, we share that 75% of the fees have been paid. As the students stand at this important stage of their journey, we look forward in faith to raising the remaining ₹11,760 (25%) and helping them complete their studies without worry. We humbly request your prayers for God’s provision to meet this need.

We request your prayers for all the students, especially Houriya, that God grants them wisdom, good health, and success in their exams.

SEMINAR

Conscientia

This month, a seminar on “Time Management” was conducted to help participants plan their daily activities and use their time effectively. Led by Ms. Aafia Tamkent, Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s Degree and PG College, the session introduced practical tools such as the Pomodoro Technique, Eisenhower Matrix, SMART Method, POSEC Method, 1-3-5 Method, and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

Participants reflected on their routines, adopted disciplined habits, and engaged in an interactive Q&A to clarify real-life applications. Inspired by Annie Dillard’s quote, How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives,” they gained awareness of intentional living.

A total of 28 participants attended. Overall, the seminar was insightful and practical, equipping participants with skills to improve productivity, reduce stress, and manage time effectively in daily life.

This seminar changed the way I look at time. I learned to make intentional choices, plan better, and prioritize my tasks. Now I feel more organized and less stressed in my daily life

I learned practical techniques like breaking tasks and avoiding procrastination. This has helped me manage my responsibilities more effectively, and I feel more confident handling my day.

This seminar helped me focus on what truly matters. By setting priorities and avoiding distractions, I have become more disciplined and intentional in my daily routine.

Mentoring Groups

Small Groups

Our Small Group Ministry continues to focus on spiritual growth, unity, and mutual encouragement. This month, some groups faced challenges due to health concerns, personal situations, and scheduling difficulties, yet, members remained connected through prayer and support, reflecting strong commitment and care.

The Chosen Ones planned a gathering, but only 3 out of 5 members attended, using the time to discuss ways to strengthen fellowship, improve engagement, and plan future meetings. The Truth Seekers faced challenges as one member was unwell and another experienced a family loss, yet they stayed connected in prayer and mutual encouragement. Kadosh Sarang strengthened unity and support, despite members navigating health, work, financial, and life transitions. Living Epistles began a study on Gospel-Centered Life, reflecting on sin, God’s holiness, and grace, while Paul–Timothy focused on God’s omniscience and sovereignty, human free will, and the purpose of prayer.

Despite difficulties, spiritual growth is evident across all groups, with members growing in faith, supporting one another, and deepening their understanding of God’s Word. We are grateful for your prayers and partnership, which enable us to nurture these small groups and invest in lasting spiritual impact.

PBYP Groups

During this period, the PBYP gatherings focused on strengthening relationships, character development, and applying biblical principles in daily life. Sessions emphasized forgiveness, conflict resolution, and trust in God, helping participants reflect on their actions, handle challenges with love, and foster unity.

Participants learned to practice forgiveness, manage conflicts respectfully, support one another, and apply biblical principles in daily life, contributing to spiritual growth and stronger relationships.

Overall, the gatherings provided meaningful space for reflection, learning, and fellowship, equipping participants to live out their faith practically.

I learned that money plays an important role in marriage and needs to be managed wisely to avoid debt. It is important for both partners to understand each other’s financial habits and take shared responsibility. Open and honest communication about finances helps build a strong, healthy, and trusting relationship.

I learned that conflicts are a natural part of marriage and should be handled as “us vs. the problem,” not “you vs. me.” Giving space and addressing issues calmly helps resolve conflicts peacefully. This understanding can strengthen relationships and build unity.

SoG Group

Building on the previous month’s foundation, the group gathered once under the theme “Discovering Generosity,” focusing on listening to and discerning God’s will. The session was interactive, encouraging participants to reflect on practical ways to live generously and align their lives with God’s purpose.
Through this, participants grew in awareness of God’s will and were encouraged to practice generosity in daily life, leading to spiritual growth and a deeper understanding of stewardship. We request your continued prayers as they grow in Christ and in living generous lives.

Trainings

We thank God for the successful completion of the Stewards Leadership Summit 2K26, held from 19th to 21st March 2026. This three-day leadership development program brought together over 25 participants, including youth and small group leaders.

The summit provided a meaningful platform for spiritual growth, leadership development, and fellowship. Through sessions on identity in Christ, biblical stewardship, mentoring, servant leadership, and integrating faith with work, participants were equipped to grow both spiritually and practically.

The summit made a lasting impact, helping participants gain clarity in their identity, deepen their faith, and take intentional steps toward living as responsible and Christ-centered leaders in their personal lives, workplaces, and ministries.
