Equipped by the Word
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” —2 Timothy 3:16–17 (NIV)
From the beginning, God gave humans a purpose — to lead, care for, and manage His creation (Genesis 1:26–27). Psalm 8 reminds us that God gave us honor and responsibility over His creation. King David, a leader after God’s own heart, showed what it means to lead with humility and depend on God’s Word. While worldly leaders often seek power or position, godly leaders serve with purpose and obedience to God.
God’s Word is not just for reading; it is for shaping our hearts and guiding our actions. Through Scripture, God teaches, corrects, and prepares us to live out His plan. When we follow His Word, we become equipped to do good works and lead others with love, truth, and humility.
God’s Word doesn’t just inform us — it transforms and equips us to lead and serve like Him.
Spend time this week reading and reflecting on God’s Word. Ask Him to show you one area where you can lead or serve others through His guidance.
Lord, thank You for Your Word that teaches and corrects me. Help me to depend on it daily, so that I may serve You with wisdom, humility, and a heart that reflects Your purpose. Amen.

We thank God for His continued faithfulness and the generosity of our supporters. This month, we finalized five scholarship students for the academic year. all five are school going students.
Holy Faith High School students have completed their Summative Assessment–1 exams and are now waiting for their results. They are also working on their project assignments to submit soon. We are reinforced by their hard work and dedication.
We continue to stay in touch with all scholarship students, encouraging them in both their academics and personal growth. Regular follow-ups help us ensure that they are progressing well and using their support effectively.
We praise God for His provision and thank every sponsor who partners with us to make a lasting impact through education.
SMALL GROUPS
New General Groups
Following the Stewards Leadership Summit, two new general groups have been formed — Living Epistles and Paul–Timothy. Each group consists of five members. They have planned to meet online every week to grow spiritually and strengthen their walk with God. These two small groups aim to disciple and nurture one another in their faith journey, encouraging mutual growth and accountability.
In October, the Chosen Ones group participated in the two-day Stewards Leadership Summit organized by Stewards of Nations. Through this training, members learned and equipped themselves on key topics such as generosity, discipleship, and accountability. It was a valuable time of personal and group growth, as well as an opportunity to strengthen their fellowship. Due to the training and personal commitments, the group could not conduct their regular monthly session but plans to resume in November. Please continue to pray for their spiritual growth and upcoming activities.
This month, some members were occupied with traveling and visiting their hometowns during the holidays, which caused a short pause in regular communication. Still, the group had a meaningful time connecting during the SLS event, though one member could not join. The group continues to stay connected and support one another in prayer and encouragement. Please pray for all members to stay strong in faith and unity, for those preparing for exams and facing career challenges, and for God’s guidance and protection over each member in their daily lives.
The group members continue to thrive and grow in different areas of life as God has been gracious to them. Although they couldn’t meet often this month, they stayed connected and supported one another through personal calls.
They’re thankful that one of our members cleared her exams and entered into Senior Residency. Others are also witnessing God’s hand at work in their lives through various situations. They look forward to more of His goodness in the coming days.
PBYP Small Groups
This Men’s Group met three times this month and focused on biblical teachings about marriage—its purpose, sanctity, and commitment. The discussion highlighted that marriage is a covenant built on character, love, and unity, reflecting Christ’s relationship with the Church. Members were encouraged to prepare prayerfully for marriage and build strong foundations based on respect and understanding. Please pray for these young men to grow in God’s wisdom and apply these truths in their lives.
This month, the Women’s Group gathered for classes three times. The first session was an introduction, where members shared their personal thoughts and experiences about godly marriages and reflected on their relationship with God. The following sessions focused on Lesson 1– What is Marriage, exploring covenant and contract marriage, principles for marriage, and God’s purpose for it. One member also shared insights from the PBYP seminar. Each gathering provided a warm space for learning, sharing, and prayer, helping the group grow together spiritually and gain a clearer understanding of biblical marriage, faith, and unity.
TRAINNING
Stewards Leadership Summit 2K25
Stewards Leadership Summit 2K25, organized by Stewards of Nations, was held from October 19–21, 2025, at Ashirwad Global Learning Centre, Ghatkesar. Forty emerging leaders, including youth and community mentors, were equipped through inspiring sessions and devotions centered on the theme of Servant-Leadership, rooted in the Scriptures. Seven dynamic speakers shared on accountability, discipleship, stewardship, and generosity, thereby encouraging participants to lead with humility and biblical conviction. The summit fostered spiritual renewal, unity, and practical growth—resulting in new small groups being formed and leaders applying servant leadership principles in their churches and communities.

This month, the administration team focused on maintaining smooth coordination and effective communication across all activities. Student and participant records were updated, and documentation was organized systematically. Support was provided for event logistics and venue arrangements, ensuring successful execution of planned programs. Regular follow-ups and timely reporting helped strengthen efficiency and improve overall operations.

PRAYER NEEDS and THANKSGIVING
Prayer Needs
Pray for the good health and well-being of all scholarship students, that they may stay strong and focused in their studies. Ask God to give them wisdom, discipline, and joy in learning. Pray also for more donors to come forward and support the scholarship program, so that more children in need can receive help and continue their education. May God bless every sponsor and use this program to bring lasting hope and transformation in the students’ lives.
Pray for deeper fellowship and unity among all small group members. Ask God to strengthen their faith and help them apply His Word in daily life. Pray for their physical and spiritual well-being, that they may grow as disciples and encourage one another in love. Lift up their outreach efforts—that through their words and actions, many will come to know Christ. Pray also for new members to join and experience community and transformation.
Pray for every member to grow in their personal walk with God and build Christ-centered relationships. Ask for wisdom and discernment as they learn about God’s design for marriage and future commitments. Pray that their hearts and minds be transformed, aligning their values and decisions with God’s Word. Lift up the group’s unity and openness, that their discussions will strengthen faith, bring healing, and lead to lasting change in their lives. Also, pray that all members will attend the weekly classes regularly and stay committed to learning and growing together.
Pray that every plan and activity continues to align with God’s vision and purpose, bringing lasting impact in people’s lives. Ask for wisdom and creativity to reach more individuals and communities effectively. Pray for the team’s health, strength, and unity as they serve together with joy and perseverance. Lift up the need for financial provision and faithful donors to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Also, pray for open doors and divine opportunities to expand the work and touch more lives for God’s glory.
Thanksgiving
We thank God for His constant faithfulness, provision, and guidance in every area of our work. We are grateful for the successful completion of the Stewards Leadership Summit 2025 and for the way God led and provided throughout. We praise Him for meeting all our needs, strengthening the team, and blessing every participant with growth, learning, and renewed vision for service.
